Data Processing Addendum (Reference)
This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") is provided for informational purposes and applies only where personal data is exchanged under an executed written agreement with Riskadvize Cyber LLC.
Riskadvize does not process client personal data through its public website.
During client engagements, the role of Riskadvize is determined by the scope of services defined in the Master Services Agreement ("MSA"):
Independent Controller: where Riskadvize determines the purposes and means of processing necessary to perform advisory, assessment, or governance services
Processor: where Riskadvize processes personal data solely on documented instructions from the client
Riskadvize does not use client data for secondary purposes, marketing, or resale.
Specific processing obligations, security measures, retention requirements, and cross-border transfer provisions are defined within the executed agreement between the parties.
No data processing relationship exists without a signed engagement agreement.
